The five things people ask first.

Subscriptions and billing: Subscriptions started on iPhone or iPad are managed in your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions started on the web are managed from Settings → Subscription in the app. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Sign-in problems: Use the email and password you created the account with. If you are locked out, send us a message from the address you signed up with and we will sort it.
An AI answer looked wrong: On iPhone and iPad, long-press the answer to report it. On the web, email us a screenshot and the module it came from. Reports go straight to the person who built the tutor.
Privacy and your data: Your notes are never used to train AI models. Account deletion is in the app under You → Account and removes everything, including uploads. The Privacy Policy and Terms have the full detail.
The iPhone app: It is built and going through Apple's review. Join the waitlist on the iPhone & iPad page and you will be invited to TestFlight before public launch.
